Max Korzh
Belarusian singer Max Korzh brings his live show to Merkur Spiel-Arena in Düsseldorf. Tickets from €79.
Max Korzh (born Maksim Korzh, 23 November 1988, Lunninets, Belarus) is a Belarusian rapper, singer, and songwriter whose Russian-language music has made him one of the most commercially successful artists from the post-Soviet space. Blending hip-hop with pop and rock elements, he built his following from a single viral track recorded for $300 in 2012 to sold-out stadium tours across Europe and North America. Since 2022 he has publicly condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine and cancelled all Russian shows; in late 2024 he left Belarus following reported political pressure.
In February 2026, Korzh released a nearly eight-minute video responding to the events surrounding his Warsaw concert of August 9, 2025.
Korzh's Warsaw concert at PGE Narodowy on August 9, 2025 drew over 70,000 attendees; Polish police detained 109 people for offences including drug possession and assaulting security staff, and Poland subsequently deported 63 foreign nationals.
Following the Warsaw incident, Korzh stated publicly that his concerts have 'no place for radical nationalism, aggression and violence from any side.'
Korzh's planned concert in Almaty was cancelled in September 2025, with the artist explaining that local authorities decided they could not handle an event of that scale after the Warsaw disturbances.
In October 2024, reports emerged that Korzh had left Belarus after being summoned for a politically motivated conversation by the authorities, and was placed on a blacklist of undesirable artists.
