Svetlana Ustinova (born 1 May 1982, Severodvinsk) is a Russian actress, director and screenwriter who broke through with the lead role in Pyotr Buslov's crime film 'Bumer: Film 2' (2006). She went on to build a filmography of over 60 titles across drama, thriller and horror, was a company member of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theatre from 2017 to 2022, and made her feature directorial debut with 'Vremya goda zima' (2022). Since relocating abroad, she has continued to work in theatre, currently starring as Coco Chanel in the touring production 'Chanel versus Rubinstein', opposite Ekaterina Varnava.
The production 'Chanel versus Rubinstein' played in Paris on 9 March 2026, and in Amsterdam on 10 March 2026, as part of its European tour.
Ustinova and her husband, producer Ilya Stewart, celebrated the first birthday of their daughter Emilia, born in late December 2024.
Ustinova became a mother for the first time at age 42, welcoming a daughter (later named Emilia) in the United States, where she and her husband have been based since around 2022.
In 2024, Ustinova performed in the play 'Anna i Lev' at a theatre in Los Angeles.
Ustinova made her feature directorial debut with the drama 'Vremya goda zima' (Winter Season), produced by Hype Film.
