Ivan Urgant (born 1978, Leningrad) is a Russian TV host, actor, musician and comedian, best known as the face of 'Vecherniy Urgant' - Russia's flagship late-night talk show on Channel One from 2012 to 2022. He comes from a dynasty of actors and holds nine TЭFI awards for his television work. After the show went off air in 2022, he shifted to live performance, touring Europe and Asia with his stage show 'Urgant Live' - a concert-format version of the late-night programme he built his name on.
