Ilya Axelrod (born 1984 in Minsk) is an Israeli stand-up comedian, TV and radio host, director and screenwriter who moved to Israel at age six and built his career entirely there. He reached the final of Comedy Battle on TNT (2012) and became the first Comedy Club resident living outside the CIS, after which he collaborated with Kvartal 95 and won multiple rounds of the Ukrainian show Rassmeши komika. In Israel he co-founded the local Comedy Club franchise, hosted a morning show on Channel 9 and his own programme on Kan Reka radio, and performs sold-out Russian-language stand-up across the country and in Europe.
Axelrod appeared on the podcast 'Rada i tyorki' in December 2025, discussing life in Israel after October 7 and reflecting on the events of 2025.
