About

Erdling is a German Neue Deutsche Härte band from Essen, founded in 2014 by vocalist and guitarist Neill Freiwald and drummer Niklas Kahl - both former members of Stahlmann. Signed to Out of Line Music before their debut even dropped, the band has since released seven studio albums and built a loyal following in the German-speaking dark rock scene. Their sound draws on the heavy, industrial-tinged guitar rock of acts like Rammstein and Eisbrecher, sung entirely in German.
