Florian Silbereisen (born 4 August 1981 in Tiefenbach, Bavaria) is a German schlager singer, television host and actor who has been one of the most prominent faces of German-language entertainment for over two decades. Since 2004 he has hosted major ARD schlager shows - including Schlagerbooom, Schlagerchampions and Das Adventsfest der 100.000 Lichter - and since late 2019 he plays Captain Max Parger in the long-running ZDF series Das Traumschiff. Together with Thomas Anders he scored a chart-topping duo album in 2020, and in 2015 he co-founded the international schlager trio KLUBBB3.
Thomas Anders and Florian Silbereisen released their second joint album "Nochmal!" on 27 December 2024, featuring 19 new songs plus party remixes of their biggest hits.
Silbereisen hosted the Schlagerbooom 2025 live show on ARD in October 2025, one of German television's highest-profile schlager events of the year.
Das Adventsfest der 100.000 Lichter was recorded live in Suhl in late November 2025 for broadcast on ARD.
Silbereisen hosted the Schlagerchampions 2026 - Das große Fest der Besten live show in Berlin on 10 January 2026.
The Schlagerbooom 2026 live show "Alles funkelt! Alles glitzert!" is scheduled for 16-17 October 2026 at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund.
