Frida Gold is a German indie-pop duo from Bochum, built around vocalist Alina Süggeler and bassist/guitarist Andi Weizel. The band broke through with their 2010 debut album 'Juwel' and went on to score a #1 hit with 'Liebe ist meine Religion', which held the top spot in the German charts for 17 weeks. With over 100 million streams and 700,000 physical records sold, they remain one of the most consistent acts in German-language pop.
