Gloryhammer are a British power metal band founded in 2010 by Christopher Bowes, keyboardist and frontman of Alestorm, and signed to Napalm Records. The band builds a continuous sci-fi/fantasy saga across its albums - each member plays a costumed character in the story, with the hero Angus McFife battling the sorcerer Zargothrax across medieval Scotland and outer space. Four studio albums have been released to date, from Tales from the Kingdom of Fife (2013) through Return to the Kingdom of Fife (2023), with a fifth record in progress as of 2025.
