GREGORIAN is a German music project founded by producer Frank Peterson, built around the idea of performing modern pop and rock songs in the style of Gregorian chant. Peterson first explored the concept with Enigma, then relaunched it as an independent act in 1998; the debut album Masters of Chant followed in 1999 and launched a long-running series. Over 25 years the group has sold more than 10 million records and earned gold or platinum status in 24 countries.
