Grzegorz Krychowiak (born 29 January 1990 in Gryfice) is a Polish former defensive midfielder who earned 100 caps for the national team between 2008 and 2023, appearing at two European Championships and two World Cups. His club career took him from Bordeaux and Reims to Sevilla - where he won the UEFA Europa League twice - then Paris Saint-Germain, Lokomotiv Moscow, and several other clubs across Europe and the Middle East. He announced his retirement from professional football in October 2025.
