Helmut Lotti (born Helmut Lotigiers, 22 October 1969, Ghent) is a Belgian tenor and singer-songwriter who has sold over 13 million records worldwide. He started out as an Elvis impersonator in the late 1980s before pivoting in 1995 to the crossover series "Helmut Lotti Goes Classic", which made him one of Belgium's best-selling artists of all time - the first three volumes remain the three best-selling albums in Belgian chart history. Over the following decades he expanded his repertoire into Latino, African, Russian and swing styles, and in 2023 he performed heavy metal at the Graspop Metal Meeting festival.
Helmut Lotti released the double album "Goes Classic 30 Years Jubilee Edition" on 14 November 2025, featuring 14 new classical tracks and unexpected duets, distributed by Universal Music Belgium.
The 30th anniversary tour launched on 10 November 2025 at the Koningin Elisabethzaal in Antwerp - the same venue where Lotti gave his very first Goes Classic concert in 1995 - and the opening night sold out.
On 27 May 2025 Lotti staged a surprise flashmob concert on the grand staircase of Antwerp Central Station with the Golden Symphonic Orchestra and choir Fine Fleur to mark the 30-year milestone.
The live album "Hellmut Goes Metal", recorded at Graspop Metal Meeting 2023, debuted at number 1 in Belgium upon its September 2023 release, followed by a sold-out club tour.
In November 2022 a YouTube video of Lotti performing Iron Maiden's "Run To The Hills" went viral, leading to his invitation to headline Graspop Metal Meeting in June 2023.
