About
HENGE are a Manchester-based rock band formed in 2015, who perform as fictional alien characters and call their genre 'Cosmic Dross' - a collision of psychedelic rock, space rock, electro and experimental dance music. Their elaborate sci-fi mythology and masked live show have made them a cult fixture on the UK festival circuit, winning the Best Live Act award at the Independent Festival Awards. Four albums in, from the 2018 debut 'Attention Earth!' through to 'Journey to Voltus B' (2025), they have steadily built one of the most devoted followings in British underground music.
