About

Hyphen Dash is a Ukrainian instrumental quartet formed in 2019, blending jazz, hip-hop, electronics and progressive rock. The band consists of Myshko Birchenko (drums), Yevhen Puhachov (guitar, bass), Polina Maiboroda and Dmytro Startsev (keys, synthesizers). Their album Basement 626, recorded 10 kilometres from the front line, was recognised by Rolling Stone magazine.
