About
IRA is a Polish rock band founded in 1987 in Radom by guitarist Kuba Płucisz, with vocalist Artur Gadowski as its enduring public face. The group broke through in the early 1990s with the platinum album "Mój dom" and became one of the most commercially successful Polish rock acts of that decade, selling over two million records. After a hiatus from 1996 to 2001, IRA returned and has since released six more studio albums - most recently "Jutro" (2021) - while continuing to tour Poland extensively.
