Iron Savior is a German power metal band from Hamburg, founded in 1996 by guitarist, vocalist and producer Piet Sielck - the group's sole constant member across nearly three decades. The original lineup also included Kai Hansen (Helloween, Gamma Ray) and Thomen Stauch (Blind Guardian), and the band built its identity around fast riffs, soaring melodies and an elaborate sci-fi concept spanning multiple albums. Critics have drawn comparisons to Judas Priest, Iron Maiden and Queensrÿche, while the 2023 album Firestar charted at #34 in Germany - the band's best chart position to date.
