About

Jamie Duffy (born 2001) is an Irish pianist and composer from Glaslough, Co. Monaghan, whose debut single "Solas" became the most-streamed debut by an Irish artist since Hozier's "Take Me to Church". His neo-classical, folk-inflected sound - shaped by Irish traditional music, piano, and cinematic orchestration - found a global audience through TikTok before crossing into concert halls. His self-titled debut album, recorded in Ireland and Iceland with BAFTA-winning producer Atli Örvarsson, was released in October 2025, and he has since scored his first feature film, 500 Miles.
