Javier Colina is a Spanish jazz double bassist, one of the most prominent players of his instrument on the Spanish jazz scene. He has collaborated with numerous internationally acclaimed jazz musicians and is known for his lyrical approach to the bass. He performs in both straight-ahead jazz settings and projects blending Latin and flamenco influences.
