John Wright is the drummer and co-founder of the Canadian punk/hardcore band NoMeansNo, active since the late 1970s. Alongside his brother Rob Wright, he shaped the band's distinctive sound - a mix of post-punk, jazz and hardcore. He also occasionally performs with the side project The Hanson Brothers.
