Kate Bush (born Catherine Bush, 1958, Kent, England) is a British singer-songwriter and producer who became the first female artist to reach UK number one with a self-written song - her 1978 debut 'Wuthering Heights'. Across ten studio albums, from the art-pop landmark Hounds of Love (1985) to the wintry 50 Words for Snow (2011), she has combined a distinctive soprano voice with literary themes and restless studio experimentation. She was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2023, and 'Running Up That Hill (A Deal with God)' surpassed 1.5 billion Spotify streams after featuring in Stranger Things seasons 4 and 5.

Bush announced the compilation Best of the Other Sides, released digitally on 26 September 2025 and on CD/vinyl on 31 October 2025.
Bush's animated short film Little Shrew was announced to screen across UK cinemas before showings of the German resistance film From Hilde, With Love.
Bush was among more than 1,000 musicians who backed the protest album Is This What We Want?, released to oppose the use of unlicensed copyrighted material to train AI.
Bush received two Grammy nominations at the 67th Grammy Awards - for Best Recording Package and Best Boxed or Special Limited Edition Package - her first Grammy nominations since 1996.
