About

KC Rebell (born Hüseyin Kökseçen, 26 January 1988 in Pazarcık, Turkey) is a German rapper of Kurdish descent who grew up in Essen. Since signing with Banger Musik in 2013 his albums have dominated the German charts - four of them debuted at number one - and he runs his own imprint, Rebell Army. His music blends street narratives with personal storytelling, drawing on his Kurdish roots and upbringing in the Ruhr area.
