Kim Dracula is the stage name of Samuel Wellings, a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Hobart, Tasmania, who blends metalcore, trap metal, avant-garde jazz, and hyperpop into a deliberately genre-defying sound. They broke through in late 2020 with a viral metal cover of Lady Gaga's "Paparazzi" on TikTok, then built on that momentum with their 20-track debut album A Gradual Decline in Morale (2023). Known for extravagant visuals and a claimed six-octave vocal range, they have since toured with Avenged Sevenfold, In This Moment, and Ice Nine Kills, and appeared on Lin-Manuel Miranda's 2024 concept album Warriors.
