Kwam.E (born Lordin Stegemann, 1995 in Hamburg) is a German rapper of Ghanaian descent who grew up in the Mümmelmannsberg district and built his sound around 90s New York hip-hop, blending boom-bap, funk, trap and dancehall into what he calls 'Phunk'. He broke through in 2016 as a featured artist on Ace Tee's viral hit 'Bist du down?' and has since released a string of sold-out tours and projects including the album 'Der echte Norden' (2021) and 'Concrete Cowboys 2' (2022). Mentored early on by Samy Deluxe, he is widely regarded as one of Hamburg's most distinctive rap voices.
Kwam.E performed as support act on Bonez MC's tour in March 2025, with dates in Zürich, Köln, München, Stuttgart, Wien, Berlin, Leipzig and Frankfurt.
Kwam.E played a sold-out open-air show in Hamburg (Volkspark) in June 2025.
Kwam.E appeared at a major festival in July 2025 alongside Burna Boy, Shenseea and K.I.Z.
Kwam.E completed his 14-date 'Cozy Tour 2024' across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
