L.A. Guns are an American hard rock band from Los Angeles, formed in 1983 by guitarist Tracii Guns - whose early lineup briefly included Axl Rose before that group merged into Guns N' Roses. Built around the Sunset Strip glam metal scene, the band broke through with their gold-certified 1988 debut and 1989's Cocked & Loaded, scoring enduring hits like 'The Ballad of Jayne' and 'Never Enough'. After years of lineup turbulence and a split into rival versions, founding members Tracii Guns and vocalist Phil Lewis reunited in 2017 and have since released five studio albums, the latest being Leopard Skin (2025).
