LEA (Lea-Marie Becker, born 9 July 1992 in Kassel) is a German singer-songwriter and pianist whose piano-driven pop has made her one of the most-streamed German-language artists of the past decade. Her 2017 single "Leiser" became the most-streamed song by a German female artist on Spotify in 2018, and she has since released six studio albums - the latest, "Von der Schönheit und Zerbrechlichkeit der Dinge" (2024), on her own label Treppenhaus Records. She has won the 1Live Krone as best German artist three years running (2020-2022) and accumulated over 1.7 billion streams.
