About
Leoniden are a five-piece indie rock band from Kiel, Germany, formed as a school band around 2005 under the name Leoniden Cabaret. The current lineup - brothers Lennart and Felix Eicke, vocalist Jakob Amr, Djamin Izadi and JP Neumann - has been playing together since 2014, releasing music on their own label Two Peace Signs. Their 2021 album 'Complex Happenings Reduced To A Simple Design' debuted at #1 on the German album charts, and their fourth record 'Sophisticated Sad Songs' followed in August 2024 via Vertigo Berlin / Universal.
