Wagner's legendary opera about the Swan Knight on the stage of Berlin's opera house.
Lohengrin is a romantic opera by Richard Wagner, first performed in Weimar in 1850. It draws on a medieval legend about a knight of the Holy Grail who arrives to defend the wrongly accused Elsa von Brabant. The opera is widely known for its Bridal Chorus, familiar far beyond the concert hall.
