About

Long Distance Calling is a post-rock band from Münster, Germany, active since 2006. Playing almost entirely without vocals, they build extended instrumental pieces that draw on progressive metal, ambient electronics and cinematic composition. Over nine studio albums - from the debut Satellite Bay (2007) to The Phantom Void (2026) - they have built a devoted following across Europe, regularly appearing at major festivals such as Rock am Ring and Wacken Open Air.
