Maduk

About

Maduk is the stage name of Dutch producer and DJ Mark van der Schoot, born in Amsterdam, who has been one of the leading figures in liquid drum and bass since the early 2010s. Alongside Maris Goudzwaard, he co-founded Liquicity - a label, YouTube channel and festival brand that grew into one of the largest liquid DnB communities in the world. He released his debut album "Never Give Up" on Hospital Records in 2016, and has since continued putting out music on his own Liquicity Records imprint. His track "Ghost Assassin" featuring vocalist Veela became a genre landmark, and he has won both the best newcomer DJ and best newcomer producer awards at the Drum&Bass Arena Awards in 2014 and 2015.
