Marion Brasch

Marion Brasch is a German writer and radio presenter. She grew up in the GDR as the daughter of a senior party official, an experience that shaped much of her writing. Her novel Ab jetzt ist Ruhe (2012) draws on her own family history to portray life in East Germany.
