Marlon Hoffstadt is a Berlin-born DJ, producer and label founder who has spent over a decade shaping the city's electronic music scene. Starting out in deep and tech house, he gradually pivoted toward euphoric trance and Eurodance - a move that earned him the alter ego DJ Daddy Trance and a rapidly growing international following. He co-founded the labels Retrograde, Midnight Themes and Club Heart Broken, and in May 2025 signed to Capitol Records after being named the No. 1 most-played artist at Amsterdam Dance Event 2024.
Hoffstadt signed to Capitol Records and released the double single 'Supersonic / Hands Up In The Sky', his first material on a major US label.
He made his US live debut on the main stage at EDC Las Vegas 2025, performing for an estimated crowd of 70,000 between Tiësto and Armin van Buuren.
Hoffstadt discussed his track 'Breathe' and his approach to Berlin club culture in an interview with Metal Magazine.
Billboard named Hoffstadt the No. 1 most-played artist at Amsterdam Dance Event 2024, with 'It's That Time' also topping the most-played tracks chart.
Hoffstadt is on the lineup for Nibirii Festival at Badesee Düren, Germany, taking place 28-30 August 2026.
