Messa is an Italian doom metal quartet from Bassano del Grappa, active since 2014, whose self-coined 'Scarlet Doom' sound weaves together doom, jazz, blues, prog and dark ambient around the commanding voice of singer Sara Bianchin. Their four albums - Belfry (2016), Feast for Water (2018), Close (2022) and The Spin (2025) - trace a restless creative arc that has taken them from occult underground to Metal Blade Records and headline stages across Europe.
