About

Mic Donet (born Michael Schuppach, Munich, 1979) is a German soul and R&B singer-songwriter based in Berlin. He came to wider attention in 2011 as a semi-finalist on The Voice of Germany, after which his debut English-language album Plenty of Love (2012) entered the German charts at #4 and earned an ECHO nomination. Before his recording career he toured as support act and backing vocalist for Carlos Santana, Stevie Wonder and Erykah Badu, and in 2006 was named International Act of the Year in Las Vegas.
