About

Muff Potter is a German punk and indie rock band from Rheine and Münster, founded in 1993, whose German-language lyrics set them apart from most of their contemporaries. After disbanding in 2009, they reunited in 2018 and released the comeback album "Bei aller Liebe" in 2022, which entered the German charts at number 8. Their ninth studio album, "Klepto", is due in September 2026.

    Muff Potter played a last-minute fundraiser concert at the sold-out Neue Zukunft in Berlin-Stralau, debuting four new songs live for the first time.

    Former guitarist Dennis Scheider, who played with Muff Potter from 1997 to 2009, died on 29 March 2025 at the age of 47 after a short serious illness.
