The National Youth Orchestra of the USA (NYO-USA) is a symphony orchestra bringing together the most talented young musicians in the country, aged 16 to 19. Founded in 2013 by Carnegie Hall, the ensemble gathers each summer for an intensive residency before embarking on a concert tour. Conductors such as Valery Gergiev and Michael Tilson Thomas have stood at its podium.
