Nimo (born Nima Yaghobi, 25 December 1995 in Karlsruhe) is a German rapper of Iranian descent who broke through in 2016 and has since sold over 4.5 million records. His raw, autobiographical style moves between trap and cloud rap, drawing on his own past - juvenile detention at 15, a promise to his mother, and a career built from scratch. In 2021 he founded his own label, Moonboys Entertainment, and has grown into one of the most consistent live draws in German-language rap.
