About
Only The Poets are a four-piece indie-pop band from Reading, England, formed in 2017 by singer-guitarist Tommy Longhurst alongside bassist Andy "Roo" Burge, guitarist Clem Cherry, and drummer Marcus Yates. Built on years of relentless touring - supporting Louis Tomlinson, Lewis Capaldi, and Bastille before headlining their own sold-out runs across Europe - they signed to Virgin EMI Records in 2023. Their debut album And I'd Do It Again arrived in January 2026 and broke into the UK Top 10, cementing their reputation for hook-driven, confessional songwriting.
