Opus Kink are a six-piece post-punk and jazz-punk band from Brighton, formed in 2017, led by frontman Angus Rogers. Their sound pulls from jazz, country, no-wave, Weimar cabaret and Latin music, anchored by a formidable horn section and sardonic, theatrical delivery. After three critically acclaimed EPs, their debut album 'The Sweet Goodbye' - produced by Grammy-winner Craig Silvey (Florence & The Machine, Sam Fender) - is set for release on 31 July 2026 via SO Recordings. They are known for cult-like, incendiary live shows that have taken them from Serbian abattoirs to London's O2 Forum Kentish Town.
