Peja (born Ryszard Waldemar Andrzejewski on 17 September 1976 in Poznań) is a Polish rapper, songwriter, and producer, best known as the frontman and founder of Slums Attack - one of the earliest and most influential street-rap groups in Poland. Active since 1993, he has released over 13 studio albums, sold more than 600,000 copies across his catalogue, and won the Fryderyk Award in 2002. His lyrics draw directly on working-class Poznań life, making him a defining voice of Polish hip-hop for over three decades.
