About

Raised Fist is a Swedish hardcore punk band from Luleå, active since 1993. Rooted in the same late-90s Scandinavian scene that produced Refused and Millencolin, they built their reputation on ferocious live shows and politically charged lyrics that blend hardcore with a death-metal edge. Their 2009 album Veil of Ignorance charted in Sweden and earned a Swedish Grammy (Grammis) nomination, and the band has been on Epitaph Records since 2013.
