About

Ricchi e Poveri is an Italian pop group formed in Genoa in 1967, originally a vocal quartet of Angela Brambati, Angelo Sotgiu, Franco Gatti and Marina Occhiena. Over more than five decades they sold over 22 million records, won the Sanremo Festival in 1985 with "Se m'innamoro", and represented Italy at Eurovision 1978. Since 2016 the group has continued as a duo - Brambati and Sotgiu - and in 2024 sparked a viral comeback with "Ma non tutta la vita" at Sanremo, reaching a new generation through TikTok and streaming.
