Robert Kreis is a German cabaret artist and pianist who specialises in the music and atmosphere of the 1920s and 1930s. His performances revive the style of Berlin cabaret from the Weimar Republic era, blending music, humour and song. He regularly appears at variety theatres and cabaret venues across German-speaking countries.
Robert Kreis has spent over 40 years reviving forgotten Jewish cabaret art from the Weimar era. Now past 75, he shows no sign of leaving the stage.
