Roman Wasserfuhr is a German jazz trumpeter who, together with his brother Julian on piano, forms one of the most distinctive partnerships in contemporary German jazz. Their music is built on clear melodies and a strong atmospheric quality, and the two have released several albums on leading European jazz labels. The Timelines project brings them together with bassist Camilo Villa and drummer Dennis Frehse.
