Ruel (Ruel Vincent van Dijk, born 29 October 2002 in London, raised in Sydney) is an Australian singer-songwriter who broke through as a teenager with melodic R&B and pop. His debut single 'Golden Years' landed him a deal with RCA at 14, and by 2018 he had won the ARIA Breakthrough Artist award for 'Dazed & Confused' - the youngest solo artist to take that prize. His debut album 4th Wall (2023) reached #3 on the ARIA chart, and his second album Kicking My Feet followed in October 2025, with a sequel Kicking My Feet & Screaming released in June 2026.
