About

Sabaton is a Swedish heavy metal band formed in 1999 in Falun, whose songs draw almost exclusively on real military history - from ancient battles to the World Wars. Over 25 years the band has released eleven studio albums, accumulated over 3 billion streams and 2 billion YouTube views, and grown into one of Europe's leading arena acts. Their theatrical live shows, often featuring tanks as drum risers and full orchestral support, have become a signature of the band.
