About
Sandra Ann Lauer, known as Sandra, is a German pop singer who rose to fame in the 1980s. Her biggest hit „Maria Magdalena" (1985) became an international success. She collaborated with producer Michael Cretu, whom she later married. She is regarded as one of the prominent figures of the European synth-pop scene.
