Sevendust are an alternative metal band from Atlanta, Georgia, active since 1994. Built around vocalist Lajon Witherspoon's rare ability to shift between soulful melody and raw aggression, they carved out a distinct lane in the late-90s metal scene with debut albums Sevendust (1997) and Home (1999). Fifteen studio albums in, they hold a Grammy nomination, three gold-certified records, and a fanbase that has followed them across three decades.
