Silje Nergaard (born 19 June 1966 in Steinkjer, Norway) is a Norwegian jazz vocalist and songwriter whose career spans more than three decades and 16 albums. She first caught international attention with her 1990 debut single "Tell Me Where You're Going", recorded with guitarist Pat Metheny, which reached No. 1 in Japan. Her 2001 album "At First Light" remains the best-selling Norwegian jazz album of all time, and Germany has long been her largest foreign market.
