About

Sleaford Mods are an English electro-punk duo from Nottingham, active since 2007, built around vocalist Jason Williamson and producer Andrew Fearn (who joined in 2012). Their sound - raw electronic beats under Williamson's rapid-fire, East Midlands-accented delivery - cuts through austerity-era Britain with a directness few acts match. Albums like Divide and Exit (2014) and UK Grim (2023, UK #3) brought them international recognition, and their 13th studio record, The Demise of Planet X, arrived in January 2026 via Rough Trade.
