SLIME - GROBES FEST
Concert by SLIME at the legendary Grosse Freiheit 36 venue in Hamburg.
Slime is a German punk rock band from Hamburg, founded in 1979, and widely regarded as the defining act of Deutschpunk. Their politically charged songs - tackling racism, police violence and fascism - made them a lightning rod in the 1980s underground, with several tracks censored or subject to legal proceedings. After two long hiatuses (1984-1990 and 1995-2010), the band returned with new singer Tex Brasket in 2022 and has since been more active than ever.
Slime released their 13th studio album '3!+7(hoch 1)' on 8 August 2025, their second record with singer Tex Brasket.
The band launched an extensive release tour across Germany, Austria and Switzerland starting September 2025, running into 2026.
Multiple German music outlets reviewed '3!+7(hoch 1)' positively, with Stormbringer rating it 4.5/5 and calling it 'a full success'.
Slime headlined the 'Grobes Fest' mini-tour in December 2024, playing four shows in Hamburg, Berlin, Oberhausen and Frankfurt.
Slime appeared at the Ruhrpott Rodeo festival in Hünxe in July 2025.
