TesseracT are a British progressive metal band from Milton Keynes, formed in 2003 around guitarist and producer Acle Kahney. They are widely credited as pioneers of the djent movement, blending polyrhythmic riffs, open guitar tunings and atmospheric layers with the clean vocals of frontman Daniel Tompkins. Their five studio albums - from the debut One (2011) through to the concept record War of Being (2023) - have earned them a devoted global following and sold-out tours across multiple continents.
